FucaSpark.com is operated by RP Digital LLC, which is the controller of everything described here. This page forms part of the terms of service, version 2026-08-23.
1. Cookies
Browsing this site sets no cookies at all. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One cookie exists: a session cookie issued when you ask for an account and
sign in. It carries a session identifier and nothing else, it is
HttpOnly, and it lapses when your session does. Nobody who
never signs in is ever issued one.
2. Visits
Pageviews are counted here rather than by an outside analytics service. No third party receives your visit, and nothing on these pages reports to one.
What is recorded depends on where you are, and the country is resolved before anything is written:
- The strict record — the page, the time, your country, and a visitor identifier made by hashing your address and browser together with a secret salt held on the server. The hash cannot be reversed to an address, and the salt never leaves the server. It does stay the same for you between visits, which is how a return visit is told apart from a new person. Your address is used in memory for the country lookup and the hash, then discarded. Nothing identifying reaches disk.
- The extended record — the same, plus your IP address, full browser string, referring page, language, and region or city. Kept for 30 days, after which those fields are stripped and the anonymous row remains.
Visitors in the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and every other country with a comprehensive data-protection regime always get the strict record. So does anyone whose country cannot be determined. The extended record applies nowhere else on that list.
Event records are kept for as long as the site runs. What is identifying about them is not: after 30 days the address, the full browser string and the full referring URL are removed, leaving the day, the page, the country, the browser family and a visitor identifier salted for that day alone. Aggregate counters — pageviews per page, per country, per day — identify nobody either.
Requests identified as crawlers are recorded as the time, the page, and which crawler. No address, no country lookup, no visitor identifier. Those records are kept for as long as the rest.
Country is resolved through ip-api.com, which receives the address and returns a country, region and city. Results are cached here so a repeat visit needs no second lookup.
3. Accounts
An account holds your email address, the pages you have registered, and the times you signed in. There is no password: signing in sends a link to your address that works once and then lapses.
Ask at Support@FucaSpark.com and the account and everything on it is deleted.
4. Quotes
Pricing a site reads its pages the way a visitor reads them. What is kept is the measurement — how many pages, how much content, what kinds of content, and the address they were at. The page text itself is not stored.
Where you gave an address to have the price sent to you, it is held with the quote so we can send it and answer about it.
5. Orders and payment
Payment is taken by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for your order. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach this site, which never sees or stores them.
What is kept here is the order: the quote it was placed against, the amount, the currency, the tax, your email address, and Stripe's own references for the payment. Financial records are kept for as long as tax law requires them.
6. Work on your site
Performing an order means fetching your pages and writing marked-up copies of them. Both are deleted once your package is delivered. What remains is your package, the per-page record of what was delivered, and the measurements the order was priced on.
Your package is held so you can download it again from your account. Ask and it is deleted.
7. The shared knowledge graph
Markup made for your order goes into the shared knowledge graph only where you ticked that separate box at checkout. It is optional, an order placed without it is performed identically and priced identically, and nothing is absorbed without it.
Where it is given, what is kept is the markup and the address it was produced for — the tags, their identifiers, types, relationships, confidence values and content hashes. Your page text is not read into it and not held in it. Write to Support@FucaSpark.com to withdraw the permission and have your markup removed.
8. Email
We send sign-in links, quotes you asked for, and the messages an order produces: work started, a question about scope, and your files are ready. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.
Every message carries a link that stops us writing to that address again.
9. Who else sees it
Stripe, for payment. The host this site runs on. The country lookup named in section 2. Nobody else, and nothing here is sold.
10. Your rights
Ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted, and it is done. One address handles all three: Support@FucaSpark.com. Records we are required to keep — financial records, chiefly — are the one thing that survives a deletion request, and only for as long as the requirement lasts.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, the lawful basis is performance of your contract for orders and accounts, and legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used for the strict record described in section 2. You may complain to your supervisory authority.
11. Changes
This page carries the terms version it was published under. The version recorded against your order is the one that governs it.
